商品の引渡時期
在庫のある通常商品は、ご注文およびお支払いの確認後、原則として7日以内に発送します。
受注生産品、予約商品、カスタマイズ商品その他納期が異なる商品については、各商品ページに記載された発送予定または納期が優先されます。

お支払い方法およびお支払い時期
本ストアでは、チェックアウト画面に表示される決済方法をご利用いただけます。
クレジットカード
ご注文時に決済手続きを行います。実際の請求時期は、ご利用のカード会社または決済サービスの規定によります。
銀行振込
前払いとなります。ご注文後7日以内に当社指定口座へお振込みください。
振込手数料はお客様のご負担となります。
期限までにご入金を確認できない場合、ご注文をキャンセルする場合があります。
その他の決済方法については、チェックアウト画面に表示される条件が適用されます。
ご注文のキャンセル
発送準備または製作開始前であれば、キャンセルを承れる場合があります。
受注生産品、カスタマイズ商品、パーソナライズ商品等については、製作開始後のキャンセルを承ることができない場合があります。

返品期間
商品到着後30日以内に返品をリクエストすることができます。

Delivery
In-stock standard products are generally shipped within 7 days after the order and payment have been confirmed.
For made-to-order, pre-order, customized, or other products with different lead times, the shipping or delivery estimate displayed on the applicable product page will take precedence.

Credit Card
Payment is processed when the order is placed. The actual billing date is subject to the terms of your card issuer or payment provider.
Bank Transfer
Payment must be made in advance and received within 7 days of placing your order.
Customers are responsible for bank transfer fees.
If payment is not confirmed by the applicable deadline, the order may be cancelled.

Orders may be cancelled if preparation for shipment or production has not yet begun.
